SOD will be an EXPERIENCE!

Together, we will re-create a village filled with activities, food and guests, that speak to the African Diaspora. Villages work best when everyone lends a hand, pitches in and is committed to the well-being of the COMMUNITY. I can guarantee that when you arrive, a lot of work will have already been done to make you feel comfortable, but don't be surprised if you're asked to help out where needed (volunteer opportunities will be listed below...eventually). Surrounded by the beauty and majesty of Joshua Tree National Park, I want YOU to leave, feeling rejuvenated and motivated to carry on effective change to wherever you call home.
